WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

  1. USE CONDITIONS

1.1. Access

By accessing the Website https://tecnicontrol.pt (hereinafter “Website” only) created by Tecnicontrol – Electrónica, Segurança e Comunicações, Limitada, a private limited company registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Faro, Portugal, under the unique registration and tax identification number 501 817 263 (hereinafter “Tecnicontrol” only) the User gives consent to these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”), plus stating that he has read and is aware of them.

Access to this Website is the sole responsibility of users and does not mean the establishment of a business relationship between Tecnicontrol and the User, except where there is, on the part of the latter, an express request for the purchase of products or provision of services as contained in the virtual shop catalogue, or, where applicable, the User accesses its Reserved Area. The Reserved Area is the personal and non-transferable access area referred to in Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions, to which only the User or a person authorised by him may access (“Reserved Area”).

These Terms of Use are governed by Portuguese Law and all disputes arising out of the interpretation and performance of this contract shall be submitted to the Court of Faro, Portugal, with express waiver of any other.
