Tecnicontrol and the Erasmus+
Contributing to the training of future staff, in addition to an investment, is also a social obligation that assists us and that satisfies us, so we continuously provide internships to students from various local, regional, national, and international educational institutions, whether in the areas vocational or university.
Following the existing collaboration between Tecnicontrol and the Erasmus+ Association, we provided internships to students from several European educational institutions, in 2018 and 2019 to students from Spanish schools and in 2021 to students from a Polish school.
Last week we had the pleasure of receiving a Delegation of IT and Telecommunications Teachers from Poland, more specifically from Warsaw, who honored us with their visit. We hope to have been able to give them a good impression of the company, the activity we carry out and the quality of the internships that we can provide to their students.

In partnership with TP-Link, we installed Wi-Fi Systems in different hotels of Barata Hotels – Group
The different hotels of Barata Hotels – Group now have an infrastructure for WiFi networks prepared for the future and to better respond to the needs of their customers.
In partnership with TP-Link, Tecnicontrol installed Wi-Fi Systems in three of the Group’s largest hotels, two of which already have Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas.

WE HAVE OPENED THE NEW FACILITIES
We continue on a path of sustained growth and, with this investment in new facilities, which will provide us with better working, logistical and welcoming conditions for everyone who gives us the pleasure of their visit, we have begun a new cycle of reaffirmation of our commitment to respond to increasingly demanding needs of the market and improvement in the quality of the service we provide.
We are proud of the path we have traveled and we are motivated by the Future we have begun to outline, stating that we are different, wanting to be bigger and go further, with a lot of work, but with an enormous satisfaction in being able to say that we continue to achieve our goals.

WE RENEWED OUR LOGO
In 2022, celebrating 35 years, the graphics underwent major significant changes, with only the two-dimensional sphere in the “i” remaining, symbolizing universal energy.
The new logo presents a simpler and clearer image, continuing to reveal maturity and fidelity to its principles: Electric Energy.
We return to the red tone that symbolizes passion, energy, strength and gray tones that represent harmony, balance and seriousness.

Lagoa Lions Clube
Tecnicontrol advocates for Corporate Social Responsibility with the surrounding community. But in addition to defending the idea, we support it! We were present at the 16th happening on the past 21rd Golf Tournament promoted by the Lions Club Lagoa, last month, August 2016.
The support for the needy, in various aspects, is the reason of the existence of the generic international lionism. The sense of solidarity of the members of the Lions Club in Lagoa determines the continuity of scholarships for university students with economic difficulties, as well as the support with food between other needy families in the municipality of Lagoa and others who need our help.

Pestana Junior Golf Tour 2015
We again support the “junior” Golf, by sponsoring another tournament, happening all over the Algarve in various existing golf courses owned by the Hotel Units of this customer of ours, the Pestana Group.
This group, which has been developing for over 40 years its main activity in the tourism sector, has a diversified presence in several areas: hotel, golf, tourist real estate, timeshare, travel agency and tour operators, casino and charter aircraft.
National leader in Tourism and Leisure, the Group has 51 hotels and 36 Inn´s spread across 15 countries on 3 continents.

We have already experienced many special moments over nearly three decades, today we live one more of these special days, and this a well remarkable one!
Our strategy and our positioning advanced. We grew, matured and evolved over these 27 years.
It’s time to change something. For better. Always for the better!
So it is now presented our rejuvenated corporate image with a new graphic design, new lettering, and also an updated signature: “Technology and Innovation”.
We have also refreshed our website. It is more modern, dynamic, always updated and now provides information about the products and solutions as well as some campaigns.

A strategic view of Cape Verde in the past has been focused on developing partnerships for competitiveness, through an inclusive and innovative dynamism and a strong and competitive private sector, able to face the challenges and internal demands, a politics for generating employment and reduction of asymmetries in relation to regional economic growth and to encourage increased national economic and social development.

Lagoa Lions Clube
